Package Pricing Terms:
Carefree Bookkeeping Packages are quoted on an individual basis to meet the specific needs of your business. The pricing will be reviewed after the first 90 days and going forward on an annual basis.
Invoice Terms:
Our invoices will be sent on the last day of the month, due on the 1st of the following month for that months work. If the invoice is not paid by the 5th of the month, Carefree will process payment with a card on file. For clean-up work a deposit of 50% down will be required. Carefree has the right to adjust the monthly rate on a quarterly basis based on hours estimated versus actual hours worked. We reserve the right to stop working on your account whenever billed fees are past due. We also will not be held accountable for the late filing of any State or Federal Tax when services have not been rendered by us, we do not have login information, or due to non-payment of your account with Carefree Bookkeeping Service, LLC.
